Robyn takes a very careful and considered approach with her treatment. Other podiatrists I’ve seen have used a generic one size fits all approach and prescribed me orthotics made by a factory. But unfortunately that doesn’t work for me as I have a complex issue that requires a very tailored treatment. Robyn spent time assessing my situation and considered a whole range of options with me. She hand made some soft orthotics and referred me to an excellent shoe shop where I got great advice regarding appropriate shoe choice. I walked away with the best orthotic and shoe combination I’ve ever had. All of my problematic symptoms had disappeared! My wife had issue with her toe which looked like it had fungal infection. Visited GP and requested for treatment but nothing much was done and was told that they can surgically remove the toenail if we wanted. Requested to check if it is fungal infection of something else. The doctor tells us there is nothing wrong with the toenail. As the toenail becomes thicker over time my wife had been suffering from pain when she wore shoes and also affects her daily activities.
It was a lot of stress and pain for 5 years.
I advised her to look for a podiatry in Epping area (we used to live in Macquarie Park and recently moved to Epping) and so fortunately she went to visit Robyn.
Doctors have been telling us the only solution was to surgically remove the toenail so that was what we were expecting to hear.
But Robyn did not want to remove the toenail and wanted to find out what is causing this.
She found out it was toenail trauma and removed only the affected parts of the nail.
We are very fortunate to have found Robyn and my wife's toenail is looking pretty good now and going through recovery.
Robyn is very gentle and does the job very nicely that my wife did not feel any pain. She comforted my wife very well.

Would I recommend Infinite Podiatry to others?

My experience with Robyn over many years is excellent, especially that I had ingrown toenails on my big toes since I was 6 years old. They hurt me all my life but I didn't know they were ingrown. At 65, after many visits to Robyn, she suggested that I have surgery, which Robyn performed in her consultancy rooms and it was not painful.
